| VectorTec warranties all used digitizers for a period of 12 months from purchase date unless otherwise specified. Guarantee includes all parts purchased with the digitizer including Digitizer Pad, Connections Cables, Power Supply (if applicable), and included input devices. Normal wear and tear is covered by the guarantee. Items which have suffered obvious physical abuse will not be covered.
This includes items which are bent, creased, gashed or which show other obvious signs of physical damage. VectorTec will not replace items which remain under the manufacturer’s warranty. Items purchased under manufacturer’s warranty will be covered by the manufacturer through the end of item warranty and VectorTec will apply a guarantee through the term of 12 months from purchase date after manufacturer’s warranty expires. VectorTec Guarantee: Buyer will receive all items in working order. Any items received and not in working order will be replaced immediately. Digitizer pads and QuikRulers will be replaced within 3 days. Parts (cables, input devices, power) will be replaced within one day. |
